Who you buy from
888market is operated by 888 Market LLC. Products may be sold by 888market or by independent sellers on the marketplace; the seller is named on the product page and on your order confirmation.
Accounts and guest orders
You can order with an account or as a guest. Every order is confirmed with a one-time code sent to your phone, and the number you verify is how we reach you about your order.
Orders and confirmation
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order after checkout. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, or verification checks fail — if that happens you are told immediately and owe nothing.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. The total you see at checkout — items, delivery, and any fees — is the full amount payable.
Payment
Orders are paid in cash on delivery. The exact amount shown when you place the order is what the courier collects — nothing more.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are honest estimates based on your area, not guarantees. If a delivery attempt fails, we contact you to rearrange it.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from your orders page or through support.
Returns and refunds
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. This window is in line with UAE consumer-protection law. Some items — like perishables and hygiene-sealed goods that have been opened — cannot be returned unless faulty. How returns and refunds work is described in the Returns Policy.
Fair use of the marketplace
Do not use 888market to abuse promotions, interfere with other buyers or sellers, or break the law. We may refuse service where abuse is clear.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for the service we provide and, where 888market is the seller, for the products we sell. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights you hold under UAE consumer-protection law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may refer it to the UAE consumer-protection authorities.
