How do refunds work?

If you cancel an order, any payment already taken is reversed automatically — there is nothing to request. If you return a delivered item, the refund follows the inspection: once the item is received and checked, that decision settles it, and there is no fixed processing window. Support then contacts you to arrange how you actually receive the money — a bank transfer or a replacement item. A refunded amount shown against your 888 Wallet balance cannot be spent at checkout or withdrawn.
